Entering a New Order
1.   Enter a value into the box to the left of the "Order Code" button and click it or enter a page number in the box to the left of the "Page #"
      button and click it to advance to the items desired.  The up and down arrows to the left of the "Page #" button may be used to increment or
      decrement the page.

      Click on the item you want to add and it will move to the work area where you can enter quantities and ship dates. Select ship dates
      by clicking on the calendar or type them in as mm/dd/yy.

      Click the "Add to Order" button and the item will move to the bottom portion of the screen which displays your after Show Order. If you need
      more than six Ship Dates for the item re-select the item, enter dates and quantities, click "Add to Order" button. Repeat the procedure for the
      rest of the items.
2.   If you want to change the number of cases for an item in the order select the item from your order in the buttom portion of the screen.
      The Item will move to the work area where you can edit the case quantity.  Click "Add to Order" button and you will see the new quantity
      appear in your order in the buttom portion of the screen.
3.  To delete an item from order prior to the show, select the item from your order in the buttom portion of the screen and click the
      "Delete from Order" button.  The system does not allow post show deletes.  Please contact your sales counselor to delete erroneous
      orders after the show.
4.   Advance to the next set of items by either entering a new page number or an order code.
5.   Once you have entered all your items click on the "Finalize Order" button and the system will advance to a summary page where you can
      review your entries.
6.   If you want to make changes click the "Return to Add" button and adjust your order.
7.   If you want to complete the order enter your first and last name, and click on the "Finalize Order" button.
      If you want to export this information to Excel click on the "Export" button. Note: at the bottom of the summary it notifies you
      of the last person who has adjusted or entered this order and the Order Number for reference.
8.   To view orders entered at the show do the following: click "View Show Order" button and the system will advance to a print selection screen.
      Select the output you desire (Summary or Detail). The report will appear and you can either view or print.
